Authors are invited to submit electronically original research and abstract papers in Portable Document Format (PDF) format. Research papers should be at most 12 pages long whereas extended abstracts should be at most 8 pages long. Papers must be written in English. Paper should be submitted in PDF form via NFMCP 2023 Online Submission System. Acceptance will be based on relevance, technical soundness, originality, and clarity of presentation. Papers must be formatted using the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) style available at: CCIS

The Workshops and Tutorials will be included in a joint Post-Workshop proceeding published by Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science, in 1-2 volumes, organised by focused scope and possibly indexed by WOS. CCIS web page We suggest workshop papers are prepared and submitted in the format: Paper Template
Springer is planning to publish in a post-workshop proceedings at CCIS.
For those authors who wish to opt-in and which to include their contribution in these proceedings, the deadline for providing the files and the authors' signed copyright form is on the 1st of October 2023.
After the conference, because proceedings will be published after the conference and will appear 6 months afterwards.
